I get quite a few of e-mails each week from fans asking me if there is anything they can do to help out at the Miss Dream project. So, I thought I'd make a list of ways to contribute. <3

Donations

For those of you without technical know-how, there are many ways you can contribute to our project. These are easy and quick, so no committal is needed!

Manga Donation: We are looking for copies of the following books, in good to near-mint condition:

Please feel free to contribute anything else, like CD booklets, animanga volumes, etc. Please e-mail me at elly@[NOSPAM]reisei-sa.net for my mailing address. Those who contribute volumes will be mentioned in credits via username, e-mail, or any other means they prefer.

Hosting Bill Donation : Our hosting bill to run this site is $120 per year. We pay on a yearly basis, so any contributions you make will go directly to our webhosting account at Dreamhost. We can't touch the money at all. Your donation is as if you are making a payment for us on our hosting account. Monetary Donation : If you are unable to purchase donation materials such as manga volumes, etc. because of a language barrier or because you can not find it available for purchase, please consider donating funds to us so that we can buy the necessary raws. Monetary donations also are used towards the upgrade of the computers used for encoding, making digitized scans, and so forth.

Technical Work

Graphical designer / "Shooper" : Our graphical designers must have a copy (pirated or otherwise) of Photoshop 7.0 or higher. Graphical designers must be experienced in editing / re-building images to erase Japanese text and insert English text flawlessly. Our designers work on a per-project basis and must be committed to finishing any work they are assigned. Potential candidates should have roughly 10 hours of free time per week that they are able to devote to working on our projects, and must be able to communicate with us regularly via our forums. ** THIS POSITION IS IN HIGH DEMAND ** Apply?

Japanese -> English translator : Our translators must be proficient in advanced Japanese grammar, modern slang, and must have an extensive vocabulary. Translators must be able to provide evidence of technical certification, either by a scan of their college diploma / relevant college course transcripts (with completion of at least one 400 sequence / advanced course) or a JLPT 2nd level (2kyuu) credential. We do not accept students of Japanese as translators. Translators familiar with the Sailormoon meta-series are preferred. Potential candidates should have roughly 10 hours of free time per week that they are able to devote to working on our projects, and must be able to communicate with us regularly via our forums. Editor / Proof-reader : Our editors must be experts in English grammar. Editors will need to create a text file for each of our finished translations with page numbers indicating the locations of incorrect phrases / sentences, as well as their corrected counterparts. Our editors work on a per-project basis and must be committed to finishing their work. Potential candidates should have roughly 10 hours of free time per week that they are able to devote to working on our projects, and must be able to communicate with us regularly via our forums. Converter : We need converters who can manipulate our releases to be compatible with the following products: PSP, iPod, iPad, Kindle, and Nook. For our print-media releases, we need conversions into both .pdf and .cbr formats (for eReaders / Comic Book reading devices, respectively). Potential candidates should have technical experience in file conversion to their specific format and can e-mail us with the finished conversion / a link to download the file. We will credit your username / e-mail address / however you'd like for the conversion on our relevant download section for the release you've worked on.

Raw Provider : We are currently looking for raw (un-subtitled) DVD / VHS rips of the following:

• R2 DVD rips of the BSSM anime for the these seasons: R , S, SuperS, and Sailor Stars
• VHS rip of "Ninja Yell 2"

Raw providers must be able to create and upload a .torrent file of the needed raw files in .iso format. Please e-mail us a link to download the .torrent file and stay connected so we can leech! We will credit you in our releases for providing raws via username, e-mail address, or however else you'd like.
